Good location, value for money.

Facilities in room is very good. There are some small kitchen. Bathroom is equipped with heater that you can hang your clothing. And also had some spare toiletries at the lobby. Location is very close to Daikokucho station which very convenient to Namba and Umeda. There are two supermarkets near the hotel, that you can find some food to eat in the room.

Soundproof wall is not good. Space in the room is mot enough for big luggage.

Comfortable and easy to stay.

It's very close to the station, and it's very convenient to go to Namba, Shinsaibashi, and Tsutenkaku. Everything inside is very complete. Basically, you don't need to bring your own toiletries. Although it's very close to the subway station, it's not on the main road, so there is no need. Car noise. The self-service check-in is convenient. I arrived at 11:00 pm and checked in quickly and the process was very simple.

房间比较小，打开2个（1大，1中）的行李箱后，没有多余空间。适合情侣，2 人住宿，带小朋友有点狭小。

Comfortable stay in Osaka

The hotel room was beautiful! During the time I was staying there, I really felt as though I lived in Japan! The room facilities are wonderful and their shower and bath were great! With the hotel being a new build, everything is still super clean and makes for a super cosy and welcoming experience while staying in busy Osaka. The overall design of the room was wonderful too. The dark interior made the room seem even more comfortable and that's exactly what I needed from my stay! Comfort! I would totally stay here again!

The only downside to the room was the fact that the walls are super thin. I could hear my neighbour snoring, and our rooms were only separated by a thin wall, and a locked door.

Won’t stay there again.

It’s a nice place but is not an apartment. Probably suitable for backpackers as you can hear the people next door. Not family friendly

The property offers in their ad on booking.com sound proof apsrments which is not the case. As mentioned before you could hear the conversation next door and there is no privacy at all. This goes two ways for us and the people staying in the other apartment. We had a to check out earlier than expected, due to this issue.

The location is very good, near to the train station just a few minutes walking distance

・設備が新しい・スーパーマーケットが近くに2つある・駅が近い

・隣の部屋の声がかなり聞こえる・こちらの部屋の声も隣の部屋へ聞こえるはずなので、プライバシーがないと感じた（耳栓では解決しない）・暖房をつけていても、窓に近い側のベッドはかなり寒い・包丁、まな板がなかった・スプーンが1つしかなかった

The place is spacious and clean, BUT the poor sound blocking is fatal.

The place is spacious, clean, mordern and comfortable.

The sound blocking is terrible. The room seems to be subdivided, there is a locked door between the two room, through the door you can hear every little noise from the other room. you can hear your neighbour's conversation. This is a huge drawback.
